Use Rope

Use Rope is a multi-use skill that covers tying knots, splicing rope, and binding things together. It can also be used to restrain someone with chains or rope. The result becomes the DC for an Escape Artist check. If the Use Rope result is higher than 25, the bindings cannot be broken with a reasonable Strength check.
