Beguile

A slippery tongue can be used to get what you want without having to draw weapons. The ability to convince others to act on a lie, a misleading statement, or any other dishonesty is when you'd use Beguile. Beguile is affected by disposition. If a character has 8 or more skill points in Beguile they also gain a +2 synergy bonus to Diplomacy and Discern Intent. A hostile or hateful NPC might not believe your character no matter what due to their own penalties on Discern Intent. In these situations, a reverse-psychology tactic can be helpful.
